Error message!

Hi, After loading software for my scanner and restarting,
Windows won't fully start. I recieve the following error
message:

"A problem has prevented Windows from accurately checking
the status of the license for this computer. To proceed
your copy of windows must be activated with Microsoft. Do
you want to continue?"

Then I click yes, the wallpaper loads, then about 10
minutes later it tries to signoff user.

Not sure if this is relevant to you if you can't get into windows:-

Error code 0x8009001a - When trying to boot the computer you get an error
message saying "A problem is preventing Windows from accurately checking the
license for this computer:-

Go to start/run, and type
regsvr32.exe regwizc.dll
Click OK, then type,
regsvr32.exe licdll.dll
and click OK.
