ERROR MESSAGE

I KEEP GETTING THE MESSAGE "SONAR HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND WILL HAVE TO
CLOSE DOWN" DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT THIS IS AND HOW TO STOP IT.
ALSO I KEEP GETTING THE MESSAGE "HP FX NEEDS TO BE RESTARTED" I THINK THAT
THIS IS TO DO WITH THE AUTOMATIC LINK FOR UPGRADES FOR ONE OF MY PRINTERS.I
SEE THE PROGRAM BUT DON'T KNOW HOW TO RESTART.

First of all your CAPS key seems to be broken.

The first message ("jadajada has encountered a problem...") indicates
a bug in the program. Have you recently installed SP2 oder updated
the affected program? You might want to check the vendors' website
check for error messages similar to yours; maybe someone else already
encountered that error and a patch is already available.
