Ups, hit the return Key too fast, sorry man, can´t help you, because i´ve got
the same problem. Can´t delete a reading certification from my outbox of
windows mail, hope someone´s gonna help us.
If you migrated your contacts from a new computer you probably need to:
Open contact and deleat email address then retype.
Try to send a test email and see if that works.

If you can't delete messages that are stuck in the outbox,
you should try the new WMUtil utility: http://www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/
When you download the file, be sure to choose Save rather than Run.
After it finishes downloading choose Run, then Extract. Then it will
show the extracted folder with two files in it. Run WMUtil.exe, and
click Clear Outbox. It may take a while. Before you start, make sure
Windows Mail is not running.
I had the same problem. What I found out was that my Windows sign in name
was different then the file assosiated with it. I had to oppen a new account
and then close the old on. A real pane, But it was worth it in the long run.
