error message

When ever I shut down my computer I get this message.

( Were sorry, but MSN explorer has experienced an internal error and will
have to restart.) This happens twice before I can shut down my computer. Does
anyone know what I can do to fix this? Thank you very much.

Hi kathy,
1= Try to clean your caches and delete internet files and cookies and run
Disk Cleanup on your HDD, then scan for malwares and viruses on your computer.
Check the Event Viewer for any Error messages by doing this:
Open a Run command and type in : eventvwr click [OK] and on the event
viewer look for error message with red cross or plus and post them here.

2 = Try System defrag in safe mode.

3= Open the run command and type :
sfc /scannow get your XP CD handy to insert it in if it asked you so to
repai the damaged files/folders on the system.

Please try one step (1, 2, 3) at a time and Reboot your computer yand try to
see if the issue will reproduce itself.
