Error Message

Does anyone get this same message? I keep getting a message about my
registry being corrupted and to download a website to clean this up. I don't
know the website and the message is always the same but the web address is
different each time it pops up. How can I check my registry to see if it
needs to be cleaned up, and also how do I clean this up myself? I do have
MacAfee virus wear and anti-spyware on my system.

try scan for malware wiht a couple of online scanner

if you don't need IM, turn it off
