Anybody knows what is this error about?
Config parser error
C:\WINNT\system32\URTTemp\config\mashine.config

0x80070003

Get this error during WIN 2000 Server startup. All
programs under VisialStudio.NET DON'T EVEN START and
FREEZE SYSTEM.!

I would run Ad Aware if I were you. There seems to be a
line of thinking around this error that the problem is
spyware related.
