error message "you need more memory or system resources"

I've followed the knowledge base fix and renamed all occurrances of
mapi32.dll to mapi32.old and inserted the mapi32.dll file from mapifix.exe.
After a clean reboot I still get the error message when either I double clik
on "control panel" "mail" or "outlook" "tools" "services". Any ideas?

HI jhm,
have you tried this
1. Start Outlook Express.
2. On the Tools menu, click Options.
3. Click the "Make Outlook Express my default Simple MAPI client"
check box to clear it, and then click OK.
