error message with IE 6.0

I am getting an error message with IE 6.0
When I open a new page I get a message that says: "A run
time error has occurred do you wish to debug. Line 101
Error: Expected Identifier" The line number is different
from one web site to another. The page loads fine and
there is no error warning in the lower left corner of the
window, which I have seen in the past, telling me that
there is a problem with the web page. Has something
changed that I am not aware of? Were the warnings in the
lower left corner no changed to a pop up window? If so, I
do I change to get rid of the pop up warnings.
I am using Win2K, and I updated all the patches that are
available for IE 6.0
Thanks, Jim

Common script errors messages can be eliminated by Clicking:
Menu: Tools - Internet Options - Advanced tab.
Check "Disable script debugging"
Uncheck "Display a notification about every script error"
