Error message when trying to switch user account pref.

I am trying to select log on/log off options when switching user accounts.
When I try to select "User Fast Switching" an error box comes up stating that
the program "RtlGina2.dll" disabled the Welcome screen and Fast User
Switching. I have no idea what that program is. The Fast User Switching
stopped working about two weeks ago. Any idea what that program is and how
to get rid of it? I couldn't find it under "add/remove programs".

Thanks!

Hi NitNatty,

It appears that the RtlGina2.dll file may be associated with Netgear....do
you have a Netgear network card installed?
Instead of uninstalling the Netgear drivers, see if d/loading and running
this fix, provided by Doug Knox, helps to resolve the problem:

Fix Windows® XP Logon/Restore Welcome Screen

Hi Patti,

OT, but do you have a website of your own? I've been to mvps, but haven't
found anything.
