error message when trying to send e mail with outlook.

when I hit the send button I get the following error message " an internal
support system returned an error"

Please post this Outlook question in an Outlook newsgroup. This
newsgroup is for a different program, Microsoft Access. Please scroll
down the list of topics in the lower left of the webpage (if you're
using the web interface) and find an Outlook newsgroup.
