Error message when shutting down

When shutting down her computer, a friend of mine gets
the message "WND for RNAdmin not responding" What is
this and can someone tell me how to help her get rid of
it?
 
Hi,

Start/run msconfig, go to the startup tab. Disable the line enabling RealOne
player to load a startup. Or just uninstall it. Disabling it will not affect
your ability to use the software.
