Error Message when I try to open A (Floppy) and E Drive (CD Rom)

Everytime I try to open those two drives the followinw
message comes up: Drive:\is no accessible. Incorrect
Function. I have done all the troubleshooting that I can
and have not been able to fix it. Please hel me. Thanks.

check to see if you have any applications running that

are accessing those two devices. do a ctrl alt delete and
see if you recognize all the apps you have running and
close the ones you don't. if that doesn't work check for
files shares on those two devices. and last but not least
scan for viruses....good luck
