Error message sgtray.exe

I am frequently getting the message labelled sgtray.exe
when I go to close down. It asks me if I want to end now
and in which case I would lose recent work. Can anybody
help?

sgtray.exe is part of Veritas Storage Guard, which installs with "Drive
Letter Access", "Record Now", "Backup Exec Desktop" and "Backup Exec Desktop
Pro", along with a few other programs from Veritas.

Storage Guard runs at Windows startup. It's purpose is to alert you when you
have not backed up of your data for a long time.
