error message- setup failed to configure the server

Hi Pam

Go to C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL$MICROSOFTSMLBIZ\Install
and check if you have a file called confgsvr.out open the same with notepad
and let me know what it says

Note:MSSQL$MICROSOFT***** might vary depending on what version of BCM that
you have
 
found that file----------MSSQL$MICROSOFTSMBIZ

Install is empty, but maybe I found a fix.
I renamed the BCM file....just added sob at end...not it seems to be
reinstalling, will keep you posted.
I know almost nothing about computers, but that seems to be where problem is
 
OK, uninstalled BCM with disc,
changed server name.
reinstalled, went through all the steps,
But no business contact manager on this computer

Now what
