Go to C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL$MICROSOFTSMLBIZ\Install
and check if you have a file called confgsvr.out open the same with notepad
and let me know what it says

Install is empty, but maybe I found a fix.
I renamed the BCM file....just added sob at end...not it seems to be
reinstalling, will keep you posted.
I know almost nothing about computers, but that seems to be where problem is
