Error message on start-up

I get the following message everytime I start my
PC: "Could not load the target dll ("C:\Program
Files\Desktop Messenger\8876480\6.1.0.155-
8876480L\Program\backWeb.dll", error code 126". It
appears in two error boxes at every start-up. Does anyone
have a solution for this?

What you're seeing is the Desktop Messenger from Logitech -- this (and the backweb file) is
not related to any Microsoft application.

To remove this message, you'll probably need to uninstall (or reinstall) the Logitech
software from Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel.

That doesn't look like MSN Messenger and it is definately not Windows
Messenger.
