Runner Error - Could not load target dll...

Everytime I start Windows, I get a "Runner Error" box
which says...

Could not load target dll (C:\Program
Files\BackWeb\BackWeb Client\6.1.0.153
\Program\BackWeb.dll", error code 126)

I need to get rid of this, it's driving me crazy. Anyone
have any suggestions?

Great website but that doesn't answer my question!

Does anyone else know how to stop this error from coming
up??
 
It's spyware. Scan for spyware. the tools are listed on the site.
