Error message on shutdown/logoff

I get this message :
The instruction at 0X7172F70F referenced memory @
0X0502fdc4. The memory could not be read.
Click OK to terminate program.

If you have any idea what causes that ????

What program is listed in the blue bar at the top of the dialog box?

Does it happen if you shut down in safe mode?
