error message on closing Windows XP

Hello, I would appreciate some help on this.
Every time I close Windows, a window pops up:
End Program - TRdww.C:\Program Files\Common
Files\Wintools \WtoolsA.exe
This program is not responding...
I have to click on End Now to shut down my computer.
Has anyone else ever had this problem? Is there any way
to fix it?
Please help.
