I don't know what tfswtrl.exe is on your system you must
do a search on your windows and find where this
tfswtrl.exe is and when found read its properties, might
be a program that you are not even using!
About ccApp, I know this to be a file installed and run
by Norton Antivirus, Norton does nto create problems in
systems, it solves them! If ccApp is conflicting with
another program you must find with which program this
conflict arises.
Run the program: MSCONFIG.EXE from your Run Command to
know what programs are starting with your windows, it
will allow you to see all the methods by which different
programs start, by the Starup Folder, by the Registry Run
keys or by a Service listed on: Services.msc

Through the MSCONFIG application disable some program
that you might think is the culprit, restart and repeat
method with other programs listed there, when you find
the solution DO NOT JUST LEAVE THE PROGRAM DISABLED BY
MSCONFIG.EXE, ENABLE IT AGAIN, REBOOT AND ERASE THE
PROGRAM FROM THE STARTUP FOLDER, ITS REGISTRY KEY OR
DISABLE ITS SERVICE!!
