Error Message: Object reference not set to an instance of an objec

I just updated to Office Small Business 2003. I loaded Business Contact
Manager.
Every time I click on the Outlook icon this error message appears. I have
already downloaded & installed what the microsoft website said were updates.

Install the following hotfix

I had the same problem and I fis it in a jiffy. Copy and paste the link in
the browser
Choose the first file and dowload. Save in a folder and when open it will
ask you where to unpack the info. Select the same folder and choose your
option. File ending in ff or op. I choose ff. Which is the nonbinary file.

Hope you fix it too.
