Error message loading a program

I am trying to load a program for my motorola cell phone. This program will
allow me to sync my cell with outlook
At the end of the install I get this error message
"DLL call crashed_Pbkinstall.Getbooknames" and then the installation
terminates.
After several failed attempts, I did a restore, back for 14 days and tried
again with no success. I thought Service Pack2 might be the problem, so I
uninstalled svc pk 2, still no luck.
I would appreciate any help somebody can give me

I am working on an IBM thinkpad T41 with XP pro plus service pack2 and all
windows update up to 2/20/2005

yes it is a software program and would prompt when you are installing a program
when it asks to save the program you should ato be taken to your wizard, if
not,
you have a different download pogram and should disable it
use the computers natural dowload wizard
