Error Message In Outlook 2002 Contacts Properties

When I right click a name in an e-mail message and click properties, I get
two error messages. One says unable to open contacts wrong ID returned, and
the second says unable to open properties. My contact list opens fine and I
can right click within the list and get my user data. Any ideas?
 
I'd make sure your Outlook Address Book Service is configured correctly and
functioning.
