error message in outbox of email

I can receive mail, but can't send mail. internet provider is comcast

Can you help me too?

I'm trying to set up my microsoft email account and I can receive but not
send emails, this is the error that I am receiving:

Subject 'Test 1', Account: 'Erica Randall', Server: 'smtp.exechomes.net',
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '250 8BITMIME', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes,
Server Error: 250, Error Number: 0x800CCC7D

Go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Advanced,
then uncheck the SSL option. Click OK. Try sending.
