Error message I don't understand

I am using WIFI away from my ISP router and am getting the message below.
When I go back home will my messages in the outbox be sent? I have
downloaded the vista 32 bit as recommended here on this site.

The connection to the server has failed. Subject *, Account:
'pop.orangehome.co.uk', Server: 'smtp.orangehome.co.uk', Protocol: SMTP,
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

As a general rule, a port 25 SMTP service can only be used from your
home connection.
