Can receive mail but can not send it. Error message attached

Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
 
You have a misspelling in your account settings. Tools | Accounts | Mail |
Properties | Servers.

This==> 'smpt.aol.com'

Should be==> 'smtp.aol.com'
 
I have the same error message and no misspellings.

@sam: Then your error message is probably not identical.
Right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.

@tjzappa: Besides the typo in the server name, your protocol and port
settings don't agree with what AOL specifies:
http://postmaster.aol.com/imap/express.html

Those instructions were written for Outlook Express, but
Windows Mail uses the same settings as Outlook Express.
