Error message Frontpage 2003: identical destination filename???

I ran into a problem; maybe you know the answer. Everytime I want to make a
backup of the website onto my HD, I get this: "You specified destination
filenames for the files you are trying to copy. Make sure all destination
files have unique names and try agian." I never had this problem before and
I don't really understand that it is possible to have identical destination
files. After trying a couple of time, I tried to publish (copy) the website
to a complete new location on my HD. And still I get the same error message.
Please enlighten me.

If your site is hosted on Unix/Linux, you must ensure that all filenames are uniquely named. Under
Unix/Linux "index.htm" and "Index.htm" are considered to be two separate files, whereas under
Windows, they are considered to be one and the same, as Windows is not case sensitive. so you need
to open your live/remotes and correct your file names.
