Error Message - Files Needed - Service Pack 2

After installing the software and connecting up my Epson Perfection V350
photo scanner, when I attempt to use it a message comes up entitled "Files
Needed" - The file usbscan.sys on Windows XP HE, Service Pack 2 CD is needed.
I don't have the CD. Is there any way I can sort this issue without the CD?

Carita, do a Search for usbscan.sys. It should turn up in
C:\Windows\Driver Cache\i386\sp2.cab
Right click on the file and choose Extract. Copy and paste it into the
C:\Windows\System32 Folder.

Thanks Rich. One comes up as C:\Windows\Driver Cache\i386\sp1.cab,
but not sp2.cab so it's obviously not there. Is there any way I can
download it from the microsoft website? Thanks again for your help.

Carita, it doesnt matter if it's SP1 or SP2. It's the same system file.
Choose to Extract to C:\Windows\System32 Folder.
