Error message constantly appears

J

JDK

At seemingly random times when I have Outlook open, multiple instances of a
message box pop up, with title: "Business Contact Manager", and text: "The
operation cannot be performed because the connection to the server is
offline." Each box requires me to click "ok". About 5 boxes will pop up at
a time, requiring me to click "ok" 5 times. If I leave my machine on
overnight, there might be 50 boxes, requiring 50 "ok" clicks. It is very
annoying. Business Contact Manager seems to work fine other than that. Any
help in eliminating these pop-up messages would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi
Could you please enable logging in BCM (i.e. Help about and check box enable
logging) and post the error log for that?

Thanks

Vinit,
Ok, I enabled logging. Now where do I find the error log?
Thanks.

Vinit,

I found a file called: BCMLog_V2.log

It is a 24 MB text file, so obviously I can't post it all. Below is an
excerpt. I hope you can use this to help me solve the problem.

Thanks a lot,
Jesse
