BCM Contacts and Accounts Error Message

When I click on accounts or business contacts in BCM a message pops up that
says "Business Contact Manager for Outlook could not complete your last
action or actions. Please try again." I am able to access my contacts and
accounts, but this is annoying as it happens everytime I try to access
contacts and accounts. Can anyone offer suggestions?
