One reason for this message in the past is because My system was still actually loading. The Firewall and Antivirus were still processing (up to 2 mins) and in between what appeared to be a fully loaded system I or my machine decided it needed to reboot, so the memory had changed and it was still trying to process to load point while the system was actually closing down and hence the memory error. Not sure if that is a feature or error!
