Error message at the start up and when i run certian programs

when my window starts up i get this error
c:\windows\system32\msjtes40.dill
can anyone help me ?

Try this open the "Run" box and type:

regsvr32.exe C:\WINNT\system32\msjtes40.dll

to re-register the damaged library file.
