Error Message at logon

Recently when I tried to start my computer I got the
following error message: A problem is preventing windows
from accurately checking the license for this computer.
Error Code: 0x800700c1.

It will let me start it in safe mode.

Can anyone out there help me?

Try pasting "A problem is preventing windows from accurately checking the
license for this computer"
into Google.com and see what you get.
