Error message after install of SP4

Had a machine that was running Window 2000 without error.
Updated using SP4. Now when I reboot the machine I get
the error message
"There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into
drive \device\hardisk2\dr4"
Require an explanation of the error message and course of
action to resolve.
Thanks in advance for the reply.

.
Update found it was related to the USB Iomega Zip 250
Drive. Is there a driver update I should get? Checked
Iomega website no driver update? What did SP4 introduce
to cause the error?
