error message 0x8007007a in windows XP

When I try to set any schedule times I get error code
0x8007007a stating "The data area passed to a system call
is too small" It is happening on both new Dell computers
I own with XP Home Edition. Help?

I recently bought a Dell Dimension as well and was getting this error. I was in the start up menu (Start - Programs - Startup) today and noticed a program called PowerReg Scheduler. I clicked on it to see what it was. It didnt do anything when I clicked on it, I then went into scheduled tasks and was able to schedule and run some apps. I am not sure if this is a program that Dell includes
