When in Outlook Express I keep getting the following message and the subject
error message:
Outlook couldnt be started. The application was unable to openthe outlook
express message store. Your computer may be out of memory or your disc is
full.

Outlook Express is part of Internet Explorer. This group supports Microsoft
Outlook which is part of the Office suite. Your best bet to get an expert
answer is to post in the Outlook Express newsgroup where they specialize in
supporting your mail client.
