PROBLEMS WITH OUTLOOK EXPRESS 6

When I try to open Outlook Express I get the following error message:

Outlook could not be started. The application was unable to open the
Outlook Express message store. Your computer may be out of memory or the
disk is full. Contact Microsoft support for further assistence. (0x800C012E,
5)

If I press OK I get another message saying:

Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be
initialized. Outlook Express may not be installed correctly.


To try and solve the problem I have reinstalled Windows XP and Office 2003.
But I am still receiving the above error messages.

If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups). The links under the newsgroup
references are for use with MS's web newsreader (not exactly the best way to
post but it works for some people)
