error loading XP

I get this message everytime Windows XP
starts "Application fatal error unable to connect to the
CCD process" The system runs real slow, and When I try to
go into the System properties, it just hangs. I cant even
run a System Restore

Doing a search in the groups section of Google, I found
many references to this being a digial camera driver. So
if you have one connected at boot up, remove it.

Have you tried rebooting in safe mode?
