error loading ISP software

When trying to load my local ISP software, the
installation fails and the error message says the problem
is with a "javaw.exe" file. I've tried to uninstall and
start over, but the same error message comes up and
prevents that action as well. Any ideas?

Since you don't tell us the name of your ISP, how can you get specific
help? Call your "local ISP" and talk to their tech support.
