Error installing Signature Update

I get "Failed to connect to server. Error: 0x800706BA" from Application Event
Viewer from MsiInstall
And I get
"Installation Successful: Windows successfully installed the following
update: Definition Update 1.13.1276.16 for BETA Windows Defender (KB892519)"

Bet still Automtic update tries to Install 1.13.1276.16 and if I confirm I
get the first line error

Can't be sure on this one, but I scanned the registry for "Defender" and
reviewed all its entries. One data and value entry for InfoTip had a "@" in
front of the path name which was for my Documents and Settings folder.
Reviewing the event viewer for applications also found the MsiInstaller error
saying I had an invalid character in the path. I removed the "@", rebooted,
and the signatures and engine update worked fine after that. Check it out.
