error installing ikernel.exe

I was trying to install my new Camedia master 4.0 software
for my Olympus Digital Camera on my HP computer with
Windows XP home edition. During the installation wizard
with Installshield, an error pop up hopped on my screen
telling me that there was an Error Installing iKernel.exe:
(0x10000) Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?
