Hi. We have a user here that is having an error
generated when inserting clip art in PowerPoint. The
version is XP, and it's not happening when she goes to
insert it from file. Here is the error: 'PowerPoint has
encountered a problem and needs to close'. On the error
report, the error signature is: AppName: powerpnt.exe,
AppVersion: 10.0.2623.0, ModName: powerpnt.exe,
ModVersion: 10.0.2623.0, Offset: 001ef3ce. We have
uninstalled the whole Office XP suite, and reinstalled
(twice, actually), to no avail. I know a lot of times
these errors come from driver conflicts. Any help on
