error in yahoo messenger

I get this error "this file does not have a program associated with it
to perform this function" while trying to view profiles in IE while
using IE.

I am trying to view a profile which is a web page not a file.... IE will
view other web pages. jsut not yahoo profiles...


Can you shed some light?

ok I got it. I am reading email with Netscape and Netscape was opening the link as a text file. I used
IE with that link and was able to see the file as a download. I will try it. Thank you .
