Error in reboot

I have a client with a Compaq Server ml370 that when he
rebooted his server he got the following error:

Ordinal 175 could not be located in the dynamic link
library user env.dll

The server can not get into Win2K

anybody has any ideas ?

What happens when you rename env.dll to env.dl?
