error in opening links

i have a problem that when i click the links it does not
opens and gives me an error of page.
but after some time it opens it by again clicking the
link consistently.

Check for parasites calling home.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.
