Error in Folders List in Outlook 2003

In my folders list, most of the Titles of different types of folders are
getting cut off as if an imaginary line is cutting off the rest of the name.
But what is strange is that this cutoff is at a different place for each
folder name. And most bizarre is the fact that the name, such as
"Candidates" will be cut off in the middle of the "e" and then the count just
to the right will also be cut off prior to the final "]". What is going on?

P.S. I am using Vista 64.
