Error in CTCFG32.DLL

Need Help Please,I am getting this mesage: Explorer has
caused an error in CTCFG32.DLL.Explorer will now close.
When I close this message, my screen goes blank and
ctl+alt+delete doesnot work either. When I hard boot again
same error message appears. Thank you.

Look at the properties of that file and see where it comes from. If not
identified then:

This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware, parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
