Error in ActiveX and OLE

Hello:
I have installed Office97 in Windows 2000 prof.
And Acces97 I get the following error:

I get an error when try to add new record:

"OLE server is not registered..."

And when try to use the assistant to create a form I obtain:

"ActiveX component can't create object."

How Can I fix this?
