Error: host name cannot be resolved

When attempting to connect via internet, after accepting an invitation I get the error message "remote host name cannot be resolved." Any one know where to look for the cause?

Are one or both of you behind a firewall/NAT/router? Look at this KB article for an explanation of
how UPnP comes into play...

You might need to enable UPnP, open TCP Port 3389 on one or both firewall/NAT/routers or modify the
RCTICKET field of the invitation file.
