error GetPopupInfo.exe was not found

hi ive mad a hash of things here

i just had this used this programme called registry cleaner

so im looking for the program i need to delete and i click on the box

at the same time im looking for other stuff to delete and theres one called
get popup.exe it looks malicious so i deleted it

now the problem is when i leave my mouse over an mp3 file i get error GetPopupInfo.exe was not found
normally it would tell me how big the file is
which is a great feature

what do u think i should do to resolve this?

umm i just saw a restore feature on the programe

i did click on the rite one and restore but no difference
i will reboot and see if it makes a change
