Here is the message I get from Comcast every time I try to send an email
using a distribution list.

An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'Fw: Florida Power & Light', Account:
'mail.comcast.net', Server: 'smtp.comcast.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server
Response: '550 5.1.1 Not our Customer', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server
Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC69

Regular messages send just fine. Distribution lists I use have a range from
only 5 addresses to 58?

Comcast made some changes in their email settings. Follow these steps:
http://www.comcast.com/Customers/FAQ/FaqDetails.ashx?Id=2288

Note that the outgoing server now requires port 587 rather than port 25.
Also, "My server requires authentication" must be checked.
Although those instructions were written for Outlook Express,
Windows Mail uses the same settings.

I tried what Gary suggested and now I get:
The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'Fw: Florida
Power & Light', Account: 'mail.comcast.net', Server: 'smtp.comcast.net',
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.1.1 Not our Customer', Port: 587,
Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

Comcast says they don't have a customer with the email address
(e-mail address removed). I tried it and got the same error.
Are you able to send to yourself? If so, your sending is working normally.

Remove her and appears to be working. Thanks for the assistance.

You're very welcome. Thanks for reporting back.
I assume you are talking about the bad (e-mail address removed) address.

Note: The custom here is to reply to the response rather than to your
own original post.
